Is Indiana’s improbable start to the 2020 football season a flash in the pan, or something more?

The ninth-ranked Hoosiers will have that question answered Saturday when they travel to take on No. 3 Ohio State in Buckeye Stadium. Ryan Day’s squad once again looks like the class of the conference, beating opponents by an average of 16.7 points per game. That starts and foremost with Heisman candidate Justin Fields, who has as many touchdowns as incompletions this year (11).

Coupled with explosive receivers Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave (642 combined receiving yards, six touchdowns) and powerful running from Master Teague and Trey Sermon (383 combined rushing yards), Fields leads one of the top offenses in college football. But how will they fare against an Indiana team that has given up no more than 21 points in each of its last three games, including a 24-0 shutout of Michigan State?

For the Hoosiers’, any hope of victory rides on the arm and legs of Michael Penix Jr. The redshirt sophomore has completed 91 of 150 passes (60.7 percent) for 1,070 yards and nine touchdowns and three interceptions adding two rushing scores as well. Indiana will need to get him some help from running back Stevie Scott (319 rushing yards, five touchdowns) and receivers Ty Fryfogle and Whop Filyor (711 combined receiving yards, five touchdowns) to keep from becoming too one-dimensional on offense.

With that, here’s everything you need to know to watch Ohio State vs. Indiana on Saturday, including kickoff time, TV channels and more.
